My name is Tracey and I am a qualified NLP practitioner and Mindfulness
teacher. I am passionate about what I do and want to help as many people as
possible so I have decided to run mindfulness courses. Mindfulness is a
powerful way to help with anxiety, stress, depression, pain and general
happiness and wellbeing. If you want to learn how to switch off from the
constant stresses and worries of life and that very unhelpful mind chatter
that we all have going on and develop a more positive mindset, then please
