BEGINNERS / IMPROVERS level is excellent for developing a good understanding of the basic Pilates principles maintaining joints, a healthy body, and good posture. It is also suitable for those looking to improve mobility or wanting help to manage discomfort and pain.
At every level we employ progressive teaching where the demanding workouts take you one step further than other Pilates classes.
Classes are delivered to a structured syllabus allowing a progressive transition from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced levels.
