Weekly classes will be running every Monday and Friday morning from 9-10am at the Fairfield Park Community Hall.
Tai Chi is an ancient form of martial art but its slow precise movements make it ideal for anyone to benefit from, whether you just want the fitness and health aspects or you want to understand the Martial side.
As well as it’s Martial Art side, Tai Chi is also a great way to:
* Improve fitness & health.
* Strengthen your body and mind.
* Relax and relieve stress.
* Gain confidence.
* Exercise at any age or ability.
* Rehabilitate after injury or get back into fitness.
These classes will be primarily based on learning the forms (patterns) and are perfect for complete beginners or experienced practitioners.
