Movement to Music Tuesdays – (12:45 – 1:45)
Aimed at those wanting to improve balance; co-ordination; strength and flexibility. Perfect for those who want to keep moving without the intensity of a Keep Fit or Zumba class! Our Movement to Music classes are always popular due to the brilliant music used, details in our exercises and routines, and the fact that our instructors are always tailoring the class to the participants needs and wishes. Come and try some different styles of dance whilst also working on exercises that will help you in every day life!
Seated Dance and Exercise Tuesdays – (2:00 – 3:00)
Low-impact chair based class focusing on co-ordination; strength; and flexibility. Adaptable for all levels of mobility and our fun routines will also help with joint dexterity and memory! Our seated classes are popular with those wanting to keep moving without the fear of balancing or falling during the class. The low-impact nature of the class doesn’t necessarily mean low-intensity, as we will get all parts of our body moving! Our instructors are trained and experienced in working with older people and those with long-term conditions, so you will always be given varying levels of adaptations depending on your own personal range of mobility.
